Why brands build their subscription programs with us
Subscription packaging works harder than ordinary packaging — it ships monthly, gets photographed, and has to feel fresh on the twelfth delivery. Here is how we engineer for that.
- Built for repeat shipping. Durable corrugated and rigid structures that hold up across months of courier handling, not just a single trip.
- Unboxing designed as a ritual. Full-color printing inside and out, reveal layers, tissue, stickers and insert cards that make every box feel new.
- Sized to your products. Custom dimensions cut dimensional weight and void fill — and the shipping spend that comes with them.
- Flexible MOQs for growing programs. Start with a test run, then scale as your subscriber base grows, without retooling.
- Personalization-ready. Variable data printing for member names, tiers, regions and seasonal editions within a single run.
- Complete kits from one production run. Box, inserts, sleeves and welcome cards printed together for consistent color.
- Repeat orders without surprises. We keep your dies, artwork and specs on file so monthly reorders match the first run exactly.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity for custom subscription boxes?
It depends on structure and materials. Many programs start at 500 units for folding cartons or 1,000 units for corrugated mailers, with better unit economics as volumes grow. Share your expected subscriber count and we will recommend the right starting point.
Can you print inside the box?
Yes. Inside printing uses the same plates as the exterior, so it adds no extra die cost. Most subscription brands print a pattern, a message or a QR code on the inside lid to reward the moment of opening.
How long does production take?
A typical timeline is 7–10 days for a physical sample, then 15–20 days for mass production after you approve the sample. For monthly programs we schedule repeat runs in advance so boxes arrive before each ship date.
Can you handle personalization, like member names or tiers?
Yes. Variable data printing lets us print member names, subscription tiers or regional versions within the same run. Tell us what varies between boxes and we will plan the print layout around it.
Do you keep our specs on file for repeat orders?
Yes. We archive your dielines, artwork, materials and finishing specs after the first run, so repeat orders match the original exactly — no re-approvals, no color drift.
