Printing & finishing
Printing and finishing, down to the detail
Printing turns a box into a brand asset. We offer offset, digital, flexographic, UV and screen printing with Pantone color matching — plus the full range of finishes, from foil stamping to soft-touch lamination — so every surface of your packaging looks exactly as designed.
Printing methods
Each method has a sweet spot. We match the press to your run size, material and artwork.
Offset Printing
Sharp, consistent color across long runs — the standard for folding cartons, rigid boxes and retail packaging at volume.
When to use: 1,000+ units where color accuracy and fine detail matter.
Digital Printing
No plates, fast turnaround and full-color output — ideal for short runs, prototypes and versioned packaging.
When to use: low quantities, test runs and multiple design versions.
Flexographic Printing
Efficient high-speed printing on kraft and corrugated, with strong per-unit economics at scale.
When to use: large-volume corrugated boxes, bags and shipping packaging.
UV Printing
Vivid, instantly cured color that sits up on coated and specialty stocks with excellent rub resistance.
When to use: bold graphics on coated boards, metallics and textured papers.
Screen Printing
Thick, saturated ink layers for bold graphics on bags, rigid boxes and surfaces other presses can't reach.
When to use: bold one- or two-color designs and unusual substrates.
Pantone Matching
Your exact brand colors, mixed to Pantone references and verified against proofs before production.
When to use: whenever brand color consistency is non-negotiable.
Finishing options
Finishes are where packaging earns its premium feel. Combine them freely — foil over embossing, spot UV on soft touch — and we will proof the combination before production.
Foil Stamping
Metallic, holographic or matte foil pressed into the surface — for logos, monograms and accents that catch the light.
Embossing
Raised relief that adds tactile depth to your artwork — a classic signal of premium packaging.
Debossing
Pressed-in impressions for a subtle, crafted feel — understated and confident.
Spot UV
Glossy highlights applied selectively over matte backgrounds — logos and patterns that reveal themselves as the box moves.
Matte / Gloss Lamination
A protective film that sets the sheen and scuff resistance — matte for quiet luxury, gloss for punchy retail color.
Soft Touch
A velvety laminate with a distinctive hand feel — the finish customers can't stop touching.
Die Cutting
Custom shapes, windows, handles and perforations cut precisely to your design — form follows function.
