What is the minimum order quantity for custom mailer boxes?
Our MOQ starts at 500 pieces, which suits launches, test runs and seasonal campaigns. Larger runs bring the unit price down — share your target quantity and we will quote both options.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 12–15 business days after artwork approval. Digital proofs are ready in 1–2 days and physical samples in 5–7 days. Delivery time depends on freight: express 5–7 days, air 8–12 days, sea 25–35 days.
Can you print on the inside of the mailer box?
Yes. We print full-color artwork on the inside, outside, or both. Inside printing is one of the most cost-effective ways to make unboxing feel considered — patterns, thank-you notes and QR codes all work well.
Do you provide dielines and design support?
Yes. We supply the dieline free once your box size is confirmed, plus a 3D mockup so you can review the structure before production. Our design team can also adapt your artwork to the dieline if you need a hand.
